Teilelieferung in die USA

    Hallo jeder.
    Ich bin neu zu diesem Forum und hat schlechtes Deutsch.
    Ich lebe in den USA und brauche viele Teile für meinen Schwalbe kr51/1 (mit einem s70 Motor).
    Ich habe zweirad-schubert gefunden und sie haben viele Teile aber nehmen nicht Kreditkarten. Deshalb der sonst eine gute Auswahl von Teilen und Geschäften mit Übersee viel hat.

    in the online-shop www.sausewind-shop.com, you can find all parts


    they accept creditcards, too.
    but will they send the parts to america? ask them!

    Sorry, I think this part is not available by the sausewind-shop.


    Maybe, you first have to ask the shop (via mail) for the posibility to send the parts to usa (...and if you can pay them with your credit-card, too).
    A list of simson-shops in germany you can find here.
    If you have problems to find the right part, ask us... :wink:


    The installation and use of a S70-engine in a KR 51/1 is not standard and, of course, in germany not allowed.
    I don't know how it is in the usa.... :roll: Because all (or the most..) people here are using original built-up maschines, you can't find a lot of help for this combination here.

    i think that you will have some problems with putting an s70 engine into a kr51/1. the reason is, that the enginge of the kr51/1 (called m53) is fixed to the frame at two points: one at the (cylinder)head and one at the back of the engine.
    the s70 has got two fixing points at the back of the engine and none at the head. solving this problem is quite complicated, because you can't simply bore another hole down there at the frame of the /1. the material is not thick enough, so that the frame will break very soon. moreover, the /1 Schwalbe has got another mechanism for the rear brake, which recommends a point at the right side of the engine to hang in the steel-rope (i know, that sentence was poor english, but i don't know all the special vocab). the s70 engine hasn't got such a point to fit in the steel-rope. this means that you are going to have several problems with the rear brake, too.


    it is indeed possible to put an s70 engine into a kr51/2, but not to put it into a kr51/1!

    Yeah, I don't like to destroy original, but this scooter was in bad shape.


    I bought it knowing that it needed a lot of work and a new engine. I chose a s70 because I've seen pictures online of others doing the same swap.


    I have received a few emails back from parts dealers, I hope it works out.
